Crime is an issue in every County in every State in the United States.  Many citizens and experts cite many reasons for crime rates such as joblessness, domestic violence, poverty, drug addiction, poor education, socialization and peer groups, and simple desperation.  I agree that all of these are issues of casualty.  We know that we have active Law Enforcement Agencies, but inside of that we need active citizens at the home front.   Parents need to be highly involved with their children.  Crime is definitely tied to other key areas that I have mentioned such as improving the Job sector and the educational system. I propose we improve our criminal justice system.  There are too many repeat offenders, especially juveniles involved in gang activity, an area that requires improvement.
