Education is the core to preparing our youth for their future.  It promotes learning, skill development, and encourages them to reach their capacity to fulfill their potential.  We as district voters, must be aware that our school systems need to be more empowered to educate our children at a competitive level with other districts and states.  Sumter County's school system needs a boost in education.  Whether through lottery money, grants, and consultations we must find that missing ingredient in our school system.  We have made progress in our buildings. Now lets go to the classroom and restore the level of education.  We require improvements in teacher pay and training. Parental involvement is a must in the educational process of our youth.
